For over 3.5 years I was the vice president of Miedź Legnica, where I was responsible for acquiring new sponsors for the club. For the first months, however, I did not manage to get any sponsor.
I made a lot of mistakes, but I also learned a lot from them. The same question was asked at all meetings:

When I finally found the answer to this question, I gained over 200 sponsors for the amount of less than 3 million PLN

I created the first Business Club in 2013 at the then-first-league Miedz Legnica, where I was the Vice President and was responsible for acquiring sponsors. Although it was a club with aspirations to Ekstraklasa, none of the companies I visited were interested in advertising, for example, at the stadium. So I started looking for other solutions to be able to find the answer to the question of every entrepreneur I spoke to, which was "WHAT WILL I GAIN FROM THIS?"
This is how the idea of the Business Club was born. Entrepreneurs by joining the Business Club become sponsors of the sports club and in return receive a whole range of business opportunities.
In the beginning it wasn't easy, but after some time I managed to develop a model thanks to which over 100 people started to appear at the meetings. Thanks to this, now I know how to get from 2 to 10 new sponsors to the clubs per month, which will give really impressive results every year.
After some time, other clubs from different leagues and disciplines started coming to me, and they also wanted to have a Business Club, because the problem was the same everywhere - what I gave to the sponsors in return. This is how Partner Business Clubs were born, associating 20 business clubs operating both at sports clubs and as separate entities. Each of these clubs managed to obtain at least several dozen sponsors.
Now I would like to share this knowledge with other sports clubs that are struggling with financial problems.
